May 1st, 1989 The Disney’s - MGM Studios (Now called Disney’s Hollywood Studios) opened at Walt Disney Resort in Orlando Florida with all the latest in Hollywood movie magic. Adding new rides and shows to the ever popular Disney movie magic. History has a way of changing as we move through the present..one thing constant in life is change, rarely however do you find a Theme park of such magnitude change its name, especially at Walt Disney World in Orlando Florida.
New at the Studios is Playhouse Disney — Live on Stage! Where you can sing, dance and play along with friends from Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, Handy Manny, Little Einsteins™ and more!
